It’s a Pigmy Pouter. Knowing the name doesn’t make this any better.

That was it. He knew it was the end as the pain shot through him causing him to fall to the ground in anguish. He only wished his darling wife did not have to stand by and watch his slow demise. He wanted to tell her he loved her but it hurt too much to perform such a simple act, something that came so naturally and was said so often. He hoped she understand that, that he really did love her and learned from his mistakes.
